PLACING AN ORDER

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please allow 14 business days between date ordered and shipping date. Shipping and Handling rates will be added to item cost.

 Abijoux Jewelry LLC reserves the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. Most items are one of a kind and unique to your personal order which does not allow for high inventory.

 

REPAIRS / RETURNS

We offer repairs due to production mistakes, or any other manufacturing issue in relation to piece of Abijoux Jewelry because this company stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge dependent on the fix. They are repaired at the customer's expense plus the shipping charge. 

Please allow 2-6 weeks for repairs to be completed.

 

PAYMENT

Abijoux Jewelry LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of purchase. Payment requirements ensure that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used during purchase.

 

SALES TAX & SHIPPING

Please allow 14 business days to receive shipping information related to your purchase after cleared payment. All orders ship USPS. Shipping and handling charges within the United States. Expedited shipping is available. Please email for rates. Customers can track shipments at www.USPS.com.

Once your order is shipped Abijoux Jewelry does not hold responsibility for an item missing in transit. Tracking numbers are available upon request if such an occurrence happens. With this in mind, insurance is available at purchase.

We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.

Abijoux Jewelry does not charge sales tax on items purchased within the United States.
